Delete your Raffler account
You can request the deletion of your Raffler app account and associated personal data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
If you can use the Raffler app, open Profile and select “Delete my account”. Confirm the deletion as instructed in the app.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@raffler.fi to request account deletion. Where possible, send your request from the email address registered to your Raffler account. Do not send passwords or national ID numbers.
Email an account deletion request
We may ask for information to verify account ownership before deleting an account. We handle privacy requests without undue delay and generally within one month.
What happens to your data?
Account deletion is permanent. We delete the account and associated personal data, including profile and entry information, in accordance with applicable law. Some data may be retained only when there is a lawful reason, such as a legal obligation or investigating abuse. Retention periods and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
