Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Raffler service ("Service") provided by Emperor Labs Oy ("we", "Raffler"). By registering or entering a raffle, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may still browse the Service, but you may not enter raffles.

2. Description of the Service

Raffler is a platform through which you can enter raffles published by organizers. Entry is always completely free — no purchase necessary. Entering does not guarantee a win.

3. Eligibility

General use of the Service does not require a minimum age. Some raffles — in particular those with cash prizes — are separately marked "18+", and entering them requires you to certify that you are 18 years of age or older. This certification is requested once and then applies to all 18+ raffles.

One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited.

4. Winner notifications

The winner is notified via an in-Service notification and/or email. The winner's identity is not published in the Service's public views. Any contact about the prize is handled privately by the raffle organizer or Emperor Labs.

5. Prize redemption

Digital prizes are delivered automatically. Physical and experience prizes are redeemed using the claim code provided by the Service, presented to the organizer within 30 days of the win notification.

6. Data sharing

Your basic information (display name, email) and your entry data are disclosed to the organizer of the raffle you enter, for the purpose of prize delivery and contact. More detail on how your data is processed is available in the Privacy Policy.

When you enter a raffle you accept, along with its rules, that your display name and email are shared with Raffler's partners for offers. You can withdraw the sharing at any time in your profile; your next entry accepts it again.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use bots or multiple accounts to gain entries, attempt to influence the randomness of a raffle, or interfere with the operation of the Service. A violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality of a prize supplied by an organizer, or for its non-delivery, except where Raffler itself acts as the organizer of that raffle.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer customer always has the right to bring a dispute before the district court of their home municipality or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
